No noodles? No time? No problem!
Leftover wonton skins can be cut in half and pulled to become the fastest cooked noodles ever!
I used 10 pieces to make 1 lunchtime serve of noodles
METHOD
Stack 10 x square sheets of wonton skins (egg pastry)
Using a sharp knife, cut the stack in half
Take 2 rectangles at a time, hold by the ends firmly and pull slowly until double the length
Cook as per normal (in boiling water) - they really will only take <1min
Serve with your favourite toppings (I had fried garlic in sesame oil, coriander and spam with mine)
Note
If you are hungry- keep going until you have enough noodles to suit your appetite!!!
