I like to play around with bread shapes. As we approach Christmas, decided to try making a wreath bread
I'm pretty happy with the size. Ended up just fitting in my square cake carrier and I quite like how the shaping/cutting with the black sesame seed points
Now I made this with my sour dough starter/bread flour but also added some sugar and an egg. I followed the shaping/cutting in the recipe link below, but not the actual bread recipe and did my own thing re black sesame seeds
I did follow oven temp and baking time and was pretty happy with the colour
