I've never actually liked wholemeal bread of any sort, but I really like raisin toast... so I thought I'd try out Laukes sprouted whole wheat flour blend and see what a fusion would turn out like. Normally I'd post a full recipe, but I generally followed the Kingarthur recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 cup (227g) lukewarm water
1 large egg
2 tablespoons (25g) vegetable oil
2 3/4 cups (312g) sprouted wheat flour
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 1/4 teaspoons (8g) salt
Original recipe
2 tablespoons (28g) brown sugar
1 cup (113g to 170g) mixed dried fruit, nuts and/or seeds (try cranberries, walnuts, poppy or sunflower seeds, plus 2 tablespoons chia or whole flax seeds)
Substitute ingredients
Illawarra plum syrup
Illawarra plum syrup fruit
1 pkt (40g) sultanas
2T white chia seeds
*You can substitute the Illawarra plum syrup for the 2T of brown sugar as per original recipe and the fruit for a packet of cranberries
METHOD
I shaped and baked in a pullman loaf tin. The Illawarra plum syrup made the dough look very pink but after baking it is only a touch pink - the Illawarra plums look and taste like cranberries
