Fish with torch ginger



Rehydrated dried torch ginger (from my blue tea) for pan fried fish dish tonight.  I never would eat the ginger shards (too strong for me) but the torch ginger petals are absolutely delicious!!!


INGREDIENTS

Dried torch ginger

2 basa fillets (white fish fillets)

1-2 spring onions (cut into 5cm pieces)

Soy sauce (diluted to your taste)

Coriander (for garnish)

Oil (for frying)


METHOD

Rehydrate a handful of dried torch ginger in a bowl

Pan fry the fish fillets, remove and plate

Fry the rehydrated torch ginger flower and spring onion in the pan

Put over the fish fillets

Pour over the diluted soy sauce and garnish with coriander
